Gregg Pennington

Gregg Pennington has maintained a continuous legal practice since admission to the California Bar in December 1980 — over four decades of dedicated service to injured clients throughout Southern California.

Beginning his career in 1980 representing claimants in personal injury matters, Mr. Pennington transitioned to partnership work by 1987 with an emphasis on both personal injury and workers' compensation claims. His expertise particularly centers on cases involving dual claims — situations where workplace injuries result from third-party negligence, requiring navigation of both workers' compensation and civil liability frameworks simultaneously.

Mr. Pennington has served as a mediator and arbitrator through the Los Angeles Superior Court Alternate Dispute Resolution Office, bringing both advocacy and neutral dispute resolution experience to his practice.
