Any injury which occurs while working, including injuries while running special errands for your employer and injuries which occur during mandatory or highly encouraged employment events such as meetings, recreational/motivational events, employment conventions, etcetera.
Work Exposure Claims
Exposure to chemicals, mold, toxins. Hot/Cold environments, harassment/discrimination and excessive hours.
Repetitive injuries
Injuries caused by doing the same job over a period of time which causes trauma from overuse of body systems.
Social Security Disability Claims
If you are medically certified as disabled from work for at least six (6) months, and have an expectation to be disabled from work for one (1) year or more, you may have a Social Security Disability Claim which entitles you to monthly payments from the United States Government.
